About Us

Tim possesses an infectious passion to grow and develop people. In particular, Tim loves cultivating leaders to be bigger versions of themselves and aspire to be the best they can be. This passion has shaped his career across diverse fields including engineering, faith-based organisations, pharmacy, and the IT industry.

To seek a richer perspective on life, Tim and his family recently embarked on a transformative three-year journey as digital nomads, exploring the vast landscapes of Australia. Throughout this time he was able to immerse himself in this remarkable country – an ancient land of spirit and wonder, generous and resilient communities, but divided and impoverished by irresponsible, ignorant and selfish practises.  This paradox he saw along with his Christian faith, led to a conviction that Aussies need to do better and reach higher. Businesses can be a force for good rather than just a means to private wealth. And so he now seeks to show that these two are not mutually exclusive.   

The result was the founding of Via Virtue – a consulting and coaching business with the vision to help organisations find their bigger purpose and drive exceptional results - results like better team cohesion, aligned processes, and higher customer loyalty. Tim has eleven years experience in the MSP world, mostly in operations, and is wanting to share this broad experience to help MSPs move to the next level.

Tim is married and now living in Tasmania with his wife and two growing boys. He loves basketball, baseball, mountain biking with them and exploring the beauty of this world. He strongly believes we all have a calling to discover, a duty to do good, and legacy to leave: the world in a better way than how it was given.
