Business for Greater Impact
Consulting Services for Christians
Via Virtue was originally founded because we saw a gap between what people believed and what they delivered. As a Christian, I was also extremely interested in how Christians ran their businesses. Because as I see it, Christians have a great opportunity and a greater imperative to run their businesses in a way that does good - showing the power of the gospel (Titus 2:10) and bringing glory to God (1 Cor 10:31).
At Via Virtue we seek to work with business owners to help them:
Work out what is their ‘bigger vision’; and
What they values are to shape a positive work culture.
We use a business coaching / mentoring approach that helps identify gaps between belief and practise, and then work on the business plan to bring alignment between the vision and day to day operations.
WhY Consulting
Operations define how a business delivers its products and services. Optimising operations and aligning them with your business values can determine whether your business merely survives or thrives. We always like to start with the big picture - ‘Why’ does the business exist. From here we can work out the ‘What’ and the ‘How’ of the business to match the ‘Why’.
When evaluating a business's operations, we focus on three critical areas:
Teams: Are teams aligned, working with clear purpose and defined objectives?
Tasks: Are processes well-documented, streamlined, and aligned with business goals?
Tools: Are tools appropriate, integrated, and minimising redundant data handling?
In addition to these fundamentals, we address:
Tuning: We optimise people and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Treasure: We focus on building the business's 'treasure' across three bottom lines: profit, people, and planet, ensuring positive progress in all these areas.
Operations consulting integrates process mapping and people management to achieve optimal business outcomes aligned with your core values. Contact us today to discover how we can enhance your business.
Our Approach
Start with the end in mind
In order to bring about meaningful change in a business, first we must know where it is we are trying to go. Once we know this, we can define the scope of our engagement. Once this is clearly defined we can determine the best way to define the process, engage all the stakeholders and bring about lasting change.
